Description of aging levels (example photos are for the NOS finish):
Clean Perfection - brand new out of the box, no aging applied.
New Old Stock - gentle aging applied to external hardware. Feels like a well preserved vintage example.
Light Relic - aged external hardware and paint finish shows signs of wear and some chipping around edges. 
Heavy Relic - the full road warrior vibe, external hardware and paint finish given the full treatment with significant wear and signs of loving abuse. 
 
Note, aging is applied externally and does not alter the functionality of the pedal in any way. 
 
The Gypsy Eyes Fuzz is our take on the classic Fuzz Face which first began to make waves in the mid 1960s - used to ultimate effect by Jimi Hendrix and favoured by a who's who of guitar greats ever since.

Each Pedal is built by hand, one at a time, and individually voiced to optimise its specially selected pair of transistors. No two pedals are exactly the same - they all have unique attributes and components are chosen to enhance the sonic qualities of each circuit.
 
The controls are simple but highly effective - 'Volume' sets the overall output of the pedal and 'Fuzz' sets the intensity of the effect, which ranges from soft to sonic destruction. The Gypsy Eyes is designed to provide a high level of output when desired and is capable of a significant volume boost - this fuzz will not disappear in the mix when engaged. 
 
Raising the level also hits the input of your amp harder and interacts with tube preamp stages to produce beautiful overtones and a wide range of overdrive and distortion tones through to raging fuzz. The pedal provides a vast tonal palette to play with and subtle changes in pick attack and tweaks to your guitar's volume and tone controls offer up unlimited avenues for expression.
 
This pedal is battery only (included) and comes complete with wooden case, signed and numbered certificate of authenticity and instruction card.
