Shipping

All items ship within 1-2 working days of purchase unless specified as a pre-order or custom build.

We ship globally using couriers for both local and international shipping.  All items are tracked and appropriately packaged.  You’ll be forwarded tracking details once your item has shipped. 

Estimated Delivery times (please be mindful of the potential for delays beyond these guidelines due to the global pandemic):

  • New Zealand: 2-4 working days

  • Australia:  6-8 working days

  • Asia Pacific:  8-10 working days

  • Canada/United States: 8-12 working days

  • UK/Europe: 8-12 working days

  • South America: 10-14 working days

 

For purchases outside New Zealand, Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties or restrictions on the importation of certain products which vary from country to country.

Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for potential delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance issues.  You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by our courier partners.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  • If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with a product you purchased via the Cunningham Amplifiers website, you can ask to return it within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period.

  • Returns must be in the original packaging, in its original condition and fit for resale.

  • You may request a refund or a credit against other products in our webstore. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service.

  • No returns are accepted on custom orders, special editions or items sold 'on sale'.

Warranty

  • All Cunningham Amplifiers products carry a 3 year warranty to the original owner.  The warranty covers any damages and faults developed by our product, but does not cover those caused by misuse or user error. 

  • Any third-party repairs or modifications carried out on our products will invalidate the warranty.

  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you’ve purchased one of our products second hand and it’s developed a fault or you’d like additional information on the item, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to help you.  We keep detailed records of our products and are happy to assist or advise on the best course of action, whilst taking no responsibly for products that fall outside the warranty conditions above.
