Shipping
All items ship within 1-2 working days of purchase unless specified as a pre-order or custom build.
We ship using couriers for both local and international shipping. International shipments are sent with DHL Express. All items are tracked and appropriately packaged. You’ll be forwarded tracking details once your item has shipped.

Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for potential delays caused by adverse weather conditions, customs clearance issues or global pandemics... You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by our courier partners.
​Delivery Address
Before you finalise and submit your order, please double check the delivery address to ensure all details are correct, including the postcode and contact phone number. You'd be surprised how often mistakes get made!

If our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. All shipping costs associated with returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Import Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and Associated Fees​​
US Customers: Pedal orders to the United States are now shipped with Duties and Tariffs included with shipping in the cost of Delivery. What you pay at the checkout is all you'll have to pay. You won't be charged any additional fees from US Customs to receive your order. Note, amplifier and speaker cabinet orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may still be liable for import duties - we'll work with you to provide the best solution for shipping these items.

International Customers outside the US: You are responsible for all taxes, customs charges, duties or additional fees which vary from country to country. If there is a charge due on your shipment for any of these additional fees, you will be contacted directly by DHL to make payment as part of their customs clearance process.
​​​In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to your refusal to pay duties or additional charges or otherwise, Cunningham Amplifiers is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. All shipping costs associated with returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with a product you purchased via the Cunningham Amplifiers website, you can ask to return it within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Returns must be in the original packaging, in its original condition and fit for resale.

You may request a refund or a credit against other products in our webstore. Refunds are calculated at the original purchase price of the item, less any costs paid for shipping, less a 10% restocking fee (based on original purchase price for the item). Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service and marked as' Returned Goods'.

Please note, no returns are accepted on custom orders, special editions or items sold 'on sale'.

Warranty

All Cunningham Amplifiers products carry a 3-year warranty to the original owner. The warranty covers any faults developed by our product, but does not cover those caused by misuse, user error or fair wear and tear.

Any third-party repairs or modifications carried out on our products will invalidate the warranty.

If an item is returned as faulty under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. Costs for shipping items back to base are the responsibility of the customer. Cunningham Amplifiers will cover the costs of returning the item back to the customer once repaired or replaced.

If you’ve purchased one of our products second hand and it’s developed a fault or you’d like additional information on the item, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to help you. We keep detailed records of our products and are happy to assist or advise on the best course of action, whilst taking no responsibility for products that fall outside the warranty conditions above.
