Description of aging levels (example photos are for the Heavy Relic finish):
Clean Perfection - brand new out of the box, no aging applied.
New Old Stock - gentle aging applied to external hardware. Feels like a well preserved vintage example.
Light Relic - aged external hardware and paint finish shows signs of wear and some chipping around edges. 
Heavy Relic - the full road warrior vibe, external hardware and paint finish given the full treatment with significant wear and signs of loving abuse. 
 
Note, aging is applied externally and does not alter the functionality of the pedal in any way. 
 
The MKII Professional Fuzz is a hand-crafted effect pedal based on the mid 60s classic Tone Bender MKII Professional. Our take on this magical fuzz machine features a three-way gain mode switch which provides a broad range of tones from big boosted cleans, through to cranked amp overdrive and of course smoking hot fuzz.
 
Each Pedal is built by hand, one at a time, and individually voiced to optimise its specially selected trio of transistors. No two pedals are exactly the same - they all have unique attributes and components are chosen to enhance the sonic qualities of each circuit.
 
The controls are simple but highly effective - 'Level' sets the overall output of the effect and 'Attack' dials up the fuzz, which ranges from soft to sonic destruction. The MKII Professional is designed to provide a high level of output when desired and is capable of a significant volume boost - this fuzz will not disappear in the mix when engaged.
 
The Gain Mode switch provides three separate gain settings for the pedal. Low (centre) is a boost setting with Med (right) and High (left) progressively adding more gain and fuzz. Lower gain is also a tad brighter, high gain is fat and juicy. Each setting imparts its own special character and greatly adds to the versatility of the pedal in response to different musical situations, guitars, amps etc. Wherever you set it, be prepared for scintillating boosted fuzz tones!
 
This pedal is battery only (included) and comes complete with, carry bag, wooden case, signed and numbered certificate of authenticity and instruction card.
